Make your first video

Start with your clips or adapt a template.

  3. Export and keep a backup

    Choose supported output settings, export, then save or share. Keep a project backup for later edits.

Editing stays on your device

Projects are stored locally. Kiyo Editor does not provide a cloud copy of your editing projects.

Offline editing

Timeline editing, templates and on-device sound processing work without internet. Store purchases, restoring Pro and website links need a connection.

Keep a backup

Save project backups and finished exports outside the app. Uninstalling, clearing app data or losing the device can remove your local work.

Export limits are real

4K, codec and frame-rate choices depend on native hardware support. HDR sources are handled for SDR output; HDR output is not promised. iOS may pause or interrupt an export in the background.

Where can I install it?

The Android and iPhone versions are being prepared for release. Store links will appear here when available.

Do I need internet or an account to edit?

No editing account is required. Editing and audio processing run locally. Purchases, restoring subscriptions and opening support or legal websites need internet.

Does every phone export 4K?

No. The app checks native encoding support before offering 2160p. Codec, frame rate and resolution options depend on the device. Lower resolutions remain available.

Does my work move automatically to a new phone?

No. Export a project backup from Library & storage, save it outside the app and import it on the other device. Keep finished exports too.

Can exports keep running in the background?

Android uses native background export handling where supported. iOS allows limited background time and may interrupt an export. Keep the app open for long exports and follow the recovery guidance if interrupted.
