Kiyo Aari has no Kiyosoft server and no account. Pro is a Google Play or App Store subscription, and backups are encrypted with a key that only your phone and your own Google or Apple account hold. Your customers, orders and drawings never reach us.
Customers, measurements, orders, drawings and the photos you trace are kept in the app on your phone. Kiyo Aari has no server holding them.
Kiyosoft never sees your designs or your customers.
Restore your backup on the new phone. The key that opens it comes back from your Google or Apple account, or you type in the recovery code, and Pro comes back with it.
Keep the recovery code somewhere safe: without the key, a backup cannot be opened.

Only on your phone. Kiyo Aari has no server holding your customers, orders or drawings, so we could not see them if we wanted to. Backups, drawings and photos included, are encrypted with your own key; copy one off the phone now and then.
No. There is no Kiyosoft account to create. Kiyo Aari makes a key for your shop on your phone and saves it to your own Google account or iCloud Keychain; your backups are encrypted with it, and your Pro subscription is kept under an anonymous ID worked out from it. Write down the recovery code the app shows you, in case the key does not come back by itself on a new phone.
Yes, with Pro. The design prints at its true size on A4: a bigger one is split across pages that overlap by 1 cm, to line up and tape, and every page has a 10 cm bar to check the printer did not shrink it. There is a mirror print, and a tracing stencil with dotted lines for pin-prick and powder transfer.
Yes. On an Android phone or tablet that takes a pen, the pen draws and your fingers move and zoom the drawing. A finger draws just as well if you have no pen.
Kiyo Aari is on Google Play for Android phones and tablets. The App Store version for iPhone and iPad is on its way, and this page will link to it when it is there.
No. Kiyo Aari opens WhatsApp or the share sheet with the message or picture filled in, and you press send. Nothing goes out without you.
